Not being developed doesn't mean the software is unusable. It may have just=
 reached the point where it's mature and meets the developer's needs, so it=
 doesn't have to be developed anymore (has all the features necessary and n=
o bugs).

But yes, as linimon has mentioned, if you use it, you should at least maint=
ain it.
