I've=20 upgraded my sources from 5.2.1 to 5.3-rel. In 5.2.1, my usb keybard is foun= d=20 and recognized as it should. Now I've booted from the new 5.3 cd (just to=20 have a look at it) and my keyboard is not responding at all. Sysinstall=20 starts up and I have no keyboard at all (when booting from the 5.2.1 cd it= =20 works fine - else I couldn't get fbsd installed...). I've got only usb ports, no ps/2 on my computer and there is no legacy opti= on=20 in the bios. Mainboard : Medion MD 8088 (MSI MS-7048) Chipset : Intel 865PE I followed the recent thread about the 'set hint.atkbd.0.flags=3D"0x1" boot= =20 option, but I didn't need that one when booting & installing from the 5.2.1= =20 cd, so why should I need it now ? =46rom my dmesg : =2E.. uhci0: port 0xcc00-0xcc1f irq 1= 6=20 at device 29.0 on pci0 uhci0: [GIANT-LOCKED] usb0: on uhci0 usb0: USB revision 1.0 uhub0: Intel UHCI root hub, class 9/0, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 1 uhub0: 2 ports with 2 removable, self powered ukbd0: Chicony USB Wireless HID Receiver, rev 1.10/0.04, addr 2, iclass 3/1 kbd1 at ukbd0 uhid0: Chicony USB Wireless HID Receiver, rev 1.10/0.04, addr 2, iclass 3/1 ums0: Chicony USB Wireless HID Receiver, rev 1.10/0.04, addr 2, iclass 3/1 ums0: 3 buttons and Z dir. =2E.. atkbdc0: at port 0x64,0x60 on isa0 atkbd0: flags 0x1 irq 1 on atkbdc0 device_attach: atkbd0 attach returned 6 =2E.. =2D-=20 =46reeBsdBeni. --nextPart3683875.GP67odTRhW Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.6 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBBkzY798oeEzEDrEcRAhIdAKCZSmoctuAIKW3NVnIGr8RAmHppWgCfe0cW 3TfdKRxpgUmhZDvcygKmJzI= =kN3i -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart3683875.GP67odTRhW--
