Mark,

Where is it in the perl source that specifies that it's supposed to
read stuff from /usr/local/lib/perl5/... and install stuff there too?
I'm thinking about adding a knob to make it possible to install all
p5-* ports under a different prefix, is it possible to add a
environment variable or something to change this?
