I've made install images @ https://nextcloud.towernet.ca/s/2XJrwRSeZRojswY These don't include the most recent bug I found in superpages which jrtc27 fixed --- but turn off superpages in loader.conf and you'll be good... vm.pmap.superpages_enabled=0 in loader.conf will fix this.
