Does this sound reasonable ? Under the circumstances, yes. If I were installing freshly, I might have made the /usr file system the full 29 GB. > Any caveats to beware of ? If you have a crash (you can't, right? It's RAID, right? Oh well), you'll probably run into trouble with fsck. I believe the best solution there is to mount the swap before continuing.
