I have one FreeBSD server with 128 Mbytes of RAM, and FreeBSD only recognize 64 Mbytes. My configuration is: Pentium 166 Mhz, Adaptec SCSI 2940 PCI, SMC Ethernet PCI and SVGA S3 video adapter.
