From what I recall looking at this a few months ago, it's because of some sort of mismatch between the IORT and another ACPI table when the system's configured in Monolithic Sub-NUMA mode. I think it's more pointing out something that's not optimal from a configuration perspective than any real error. -- Rebecca Cran
