Akin to something like NOCLEAN? Ah, I'll just look it/the code up myself. :-) Anyway, system's rebuilt with your patch. Seems to work! The sendfile regression test now returns to the shell after the mmap test, and the DTrace script doesn't output any information, which I imagine is what's supposed to happen given the criteria. I'd say commit it! :-) Also, one thing which I'm sure users or SAs will ask in the meantime: what's the workaround, at least for Apache 2.x?
