Looks like everything = installed properly and yet when I do a telnet localhost 110, I get the = message "can not execute and then permission = denied? What are they referring to. I am using FreeBSD 4.4 and Qpopper = 4.0.3. =20 Looks like everything installed properly and yet when I do a telnet = localhost=20 110, I get the message "can not execute <the cmd line from inetd> = and then=20 permission denied?  What are they referring to.  This did work = 3-days=20 ago and then I had to start from scratch because of another related = popper=20 error
