The hot tool is called `cdrecord' which talks to SCSI devices directly.
This allows for support of many more devices.  It's in the ports tree,
check it out ofr the complete list.

You have to run `mkisofs' and that only supports ISO9660 w/ RockRidge
extensions.  I seem to remember Joilet making it in there, but certainly
not Macintosh filesystems.

Only SCSI writers are supported for now.
