You probably see in my post to Ben Kaduk that I wasn't really loading from /boot/loader.conf, I was loading right after the multiuser started (in case the loading hung like it does for my oss loading does) and that was what was killing me. I was in fact seeing the card OK in scanpci, it was near the end of the listing, and I must have missed it. If you read in that post about my booting problem, I sure could use a suggestion about that, it just won;'t seem to boot from disk2s1a no matter whatI push (what function key), the only way to do it is to fall into the loader manually, and force things. > >>> I am running devfs.
