The package for pycharm-ce can not run as built:

pkg info -rd pycharm-ce
pycharm-ce-2020.3.3
Depends on :
         python37-3.7.10
         openjdk8-8.282.08.1
         intellij-pty4j-0.11.4
         intellij-fsnotifier-20160221_6

pycharm-ce-2020.3.3 requires openjdk11 or later. So I remove openjdk8 and
forced on openjdk11. That starts but fails with:

pycharm-ce
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: Option UseConcMarkSweepGC was deprecated
in version 9.0 and will likely be removed in a future release.

FreeBSD Bugzilla shows:

251630 Ports & Packages New - devel/pycharm-ce : depends on two java versions 2020-12-06 [+]
254646 Ports & Packages New -	devel/pycharm-ce: update to 2020.3.5 Sun 23:24 [+]
2 bugs found.

My question is: why not just delete the port/package? It is pretty clear
either there is no maintainer or he has more pressing matters on his/her
plate.
