Hi,

I just committed a new version of i386/isa/npx.c that eliminates all
the INT13 interface code for the SMP case. This allows me to remove
two APIC inlines that would otherwise need to be made MP-safe. It also
reduces the overhead of npxsave() by a *bunch*! It should be invisible,
but be on the lookout for any math related funkiness.
