The resolv.conf are supposed to be located in /etc/resolv.conf by default. ( I think :-) If it's not, just use your favorite editor to create it as root. Like this f. ex : ee /etc/resolv.conf ( Then put in the following : ) domain your.domain-name nameserver 1.2.3.4 ( ip-address of your or your ISPs nameserver ) ( You can have as many nameservers as you like. ) Save and quit your editor.
