Relevant PRs: ports/58589 and ports/58479. msql2 *is* old and should have been retired long ago, but I needed it for a client's c.1995 web application; msql3 would not work. I personally don't use it. If there is interest in msql3, I'd be willing to take a look at doing the port. Keep in mind that msql's "free" license prohibits commercial use, AFAIK, and the latest version on the Huges site is close to a year old, now (Jan 14, 2003).
