Our firewall group wants to keep that port blocked... :( I doubt you'll have much success getting the cvsup servers to all change the port they run on :-) You need to get that port through the firewall. Since you don't have to allow INCOMING connections on that port through the firewall, only outbound, I think your firewall group are being somewhat strict about this.
