I'm very new to UNIX and FreeBSD too. I would like to use FreeBSD on PC as firewall and use two 3Com 3900 XL PCI adapters. But I receive a message that kernel is built for one device and interface vx1 cannot be configured. Could you help me and answer: is such configuration possible at all? how should I rebuild(should I?) kernel?, what to change in configuration file? Maybe, there is somewhere ready kernel for such configuration? Thank you in advance Ralfs Pladers
