	Sorry. webcollage-helper is not installed with no condition.
	If you have gdk-pixbuf and jpeg, xscreensaver is implicit depending
	to gdk-pixbuf and jpeg. So xscreensaver install webcollage-helper
	to ${PREFIX}/bin/xscreensaver-hacks/.

	Please check my patch.
