Most of them can be reduced to new syscalls (at least: wait4, stat, lstat, fstat, setitimer, getitimer, select, getrusage, settimeofday, gettimeofday, utimes, adjtime, futimes, poll...), structure content retranslation code in obsolete syscalls implementations, major version bump for almost all shared libraries...
