Run `make config' in /usr/ports/devel/glib2 and uncheck the "fix
collation" option. This will remove glib2's on ICU... That's a
work-around.

Yes. A bug in ICU was identified recently (with the help of GLIB2
developers), which _may_ explain this failure...

The story is still "developing".
