Hey all. I just added a second drive to a box running 4.3RC I moved the ports directory to the new drive edited /etc/fstab to reflect the addition and created a symlink from the old location to the new, and everyone seems ok with the change except nfs. This box is the nfs server for my cabbage patch, and when I try to mount the ports directory from the other boxes, I get ==> nfs: can't access /usr/ports: Permission denied The actual link is owned by root, and the new directory where ports now live is owned by root. What am I overlooking.. I didn't see anything in mountd, and nfs about symlinks. What am I doing wrong? Thanks trini0 Please only post to -questions as Im not subscribed.. thanks __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
