Does anyone know if the FreeBSD support ServeRAID M5110 (LSI SAS2208 ROC)

The patch you quote is an update to the PCI IDs database. This file just
lists all known PCI devices and their vendors, so that the 'pciconf' tool
can identify them by name. Unfortunately, just because we know what a
device is called and who manufactures it, does not mean that we actually
support it.

I don't know if FreeBSD supports this hardware. A good place to ask this
question would be on the freebsd-scsi mailing list or perhaps on
freebsd-questions.

Best wishes.
