Truly bizarre.  Some P5 boards like the asus p55tp4 choke out of the gate
with a 3940W and MEMIO.  OTOH, the ppro P6NP5 ran for about a day with
TAG, SCB and MEMIO before death.  Pull MEMIO and up for > 17 days now.
