I assume you are talking about the ath based cards I've tried and not 
the PCI->Cardbus card as the later works just fine with various 802.11b 
cards (all wi) I have scattered about. 

If anyone can suggest a pci->cardbus adapter with a chipset that is 
known to work in 7.x?
