It looks very much like the webserver is down from here. Over an hour so far. I can talk to 69.147.83.40 fine including port 80 but although 69.147.83.33 will ping it doesn't appear to be serving webpages. I can't see anything on the archives at marc and I think they are reasonably current. Unusual. Best wishes.
