These are for the moment not officially documented and are subject to change. -hdr and -ftr Specify files to insert at the top and bottom of every page. This is similar in result to the existing -ssi option but everything happens at build time. If the string @@UPDATED@@ appears in either file it will be replaced with "Updated" followed by the current date. -white Make the pages black text on white background.
