 Qico and qicosi is different developing - developer qico is Cyril
Margorin, developer qico-si Stepan A. Pologov. Original version (not
-si) is not supporting binkp protocol.

  I am update later comms/qico to current not -si release.

  In sourceforge file releases qicosi not working correctly. I am lay
out on my site http://santinel.bas-net.by current working versions.
