First, you must somehow get them on your system.  Then you must ensure
that they're executable.  Then you run them.

FreeBSD has native support for BSD/OS binaries, as long as they're not
ELF.  ELF is coming, but it's not here yet.

Take a look at /etc/rc.conf for SCO and Linux.  There are parameters
you set.  For Linux you also need kernel support; I assume you've
found that and think that it's needed for the others as well.  It
isn't.
