I think the main problem was the ZFS filesystem, while it looked evrythin= g running smootly, every few days the filesystem refused to respond to ev= ery request, and all IO processes were locked up. There were no other way to get the m= achine running but coldboot :( And ZFS was the only advantage in my eyes = that FreeBSD had over Linux when I had choosed the platform for FTP mirror. I know ZFS= is still experimental and not ready for production use, but stil ... May= be it heavy depends on the HW configurations, chipsets, raid configuration,i don`t kn= ow but for me is FreeBSD 7.0 unusable. I give a try when 7.1 or maybe 7.2= come out.
