There is an experimental version in kdelibs and kdebase that can
be enabled by building the ports with the make option '-DWITH_KERAMIK'.
However, if it breaks, you get to keep all the pieces. No support.
If you don't understand everything I just said, don't do it.

Otherwise, you wait for the KDE 3.1 ports.
