Sure. There are two steps for it:

* Compile in (or kldload) the VESA module. You need VM86 as well to make
it work.

* Bug Soren Schmidt to provide patches for libvgl to handle VESA modes
(ca. 2 months ago he said they are almost ready... ;-)
