Even though RESTRICTED is set when the search on * netscape's ftp site failed, it tried searching ftp.freebsd.org anyway. * It seems to me that this is a waste of effort. It probably is, but it's not worth fixing either. Some people might set their own MASTER_SITE_BACKUP/OVERRIDE to an internal mirror which don't have the restrictions we have, for instance.
