I did, but GNATS does not list closed problems. The support area does not tell a person to search another area for closed problems. Since I have been in this game for so long, maybe I should have known better (which I didn't, I assume GNATS kept all problems those open and closed) but a generic comment above without clarification on the web page or via letter comes off very snooty. --mark.
