My heart sank when its tone began to run into the usual personal insults and downright rudeness that characterise such so called 'flame wars.' If we, who think that open-source and free software are the key to developing the strength and capacity of ICT, can not rise above petty insults, how are we ever going to persuade the rest of the world that we are right and that the commercial houses should expose their code to public scrutiny? Let's keep it more friendly and more reasonable, please. Stuart. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-newbies" in the body of the message
