The reason I ask is that a lot of them don't run BSD or even Unix it seems on their systems. The other reason is that a fair amount will force you to use MS explorer browser: a definite no-no for us freebsd users. Ideally can anyone think of an ISP with UK coverage that's cheap if not free (like X-stream) !! Also what do you guys think about having a domain name: is it worth the £200 a year in the UK for a normal home Internet user like myself.
