FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE-p15

I am not able to complete a build of TeXlive. I have attached the build log
for the TeXlive-base file. It always ends with the following error message:

Installing texlive-tlmgr-20150523...

 I tried it on Win32 but it worked with no error.  I will investigate
