	This worked perfectly for me... I did make one little change, pnp 
1 1 os enable port0 0x208 instead of 1 at least the kernal complies, 
pnpinfo sees everything and /dev/sndstat has stuff in it... Now... how 
the &#@()(&*#!*()& do I use this? :) I can't seem to find the device that 
xcdplayer needs.... :( I've tried /dev/wdc1 which seems to not be 
present (but is reported by my kernel to be the CDROM drive,) wd1c 
produces an device not configured error...:(
