i4b_isac.c, line 649, the code commented out with #ifdef NOTDEF doing a
ISAC receiver/transmitter reset is causing an interrupt to occur at
attach time. The possibility exists, that this interrupt is not serviced
because the handler is not installed and/or ready at that time causing
this interrupt to stay forever active (this was the case in the OpenBSD
port of i4b, in the meantime i build a card showing each ISA irq line
on a LED so i could debug this).
