<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV> <DIV> <DIV>I have been trying to install the FreeBSD OS. I read the manual. It loads but you cannot logout or seem to do much of anything with it. It does not react the way the manual describes at all. The consequence is that it is totally useless to me...and I have wasted hours and hours trying to get up and running. There is something I didn't consider, I have an extra IDE card which comes with drivers (for windows naturally). Could this be the problem or is freeBSD equiped to handle that. Also my video card isn't listed so I have to choose a default for that model (6800 ASUS). Could this be the problem. I expected problems but I am getting no where and just burning time. Your manual really needs a writers touch...its fine if you are only interested in computer programers using this program. I am ambitious but there are limits.</DIV> <DIV>Help! Help!
