Well, as is pretty clear from the bounce reply this is nothing to do with FreeBSD.org's mail servers; it's some misconfigured list subscriber which is sending out bounce messages to every message it receives. In future, problems of this nature should be taken up with postmaster@FreeBSD.org so the offender can be removed from the list.
