Only one that I'm aware of: The RK3399 is big.LITTLE (4=D7Cortex-A53 @1.4GHz
+ 2=D7Cortex-A72 @1.8GHz) used in e.g. https://www.pine64.org/rockpro64/
As far as I can tell, FreeBSD treats it as a flat hex-core CPU.
