The pkg_* tools should be independent of having a ports tree on the system. Having a better presentation than 'make search' and 'make quicksearch' currently can provide, may be nice but can be provided from the ports tree. Adding a package search tools would be nice as well, but the current implementation does not provide that. -erwin --=20 Erwin Lansing http://droso.org (o_ _o) Errare humanum est \\\_\ /_/// erwin@FreeBSD.org perseverare diabolicum <____) (____> erwin@aauug.dk --bDDjztrZmyyMv72E Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFHXZjfqy9aWxUlaZARArX5AJ9Ps5FcIJMl33l8li7usM6kqd7u7wCfVcKj KUmrBGEtJ8YROkcvRdXUn54= =Rbtf -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --bDDjztrZmyyMv72E--
