Hi!

The pretty recent (around the 4th of April, 2008) xf86-video-intel-2.2.1
does not work on my IBM X30 Thinkpad (6.3-REL).

The first error seems to be:

Error in I830WaitLpRing(), timeout for 2 seconds

Approx. 80 more lines of output follow, among them

space: 97656 wanted 131064

Details:

http://opsec.eu/src/x30-x11/startx-output
http://opsec.eu/src/x30-x11/dmesg.boot

FYI:

xf86-video-intel-2.1.1 *does* work, with moused and the following option
in /etc/X11/xorg.conf:

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Card0"
        Driver "intel"
        VendorName "Intel Corporation"
BoardName "82830 CGC [Chipset Graphics Controller]"
        BusID "PCI:0:2:0"
        Option "SWcursor" "True"
EndSection

Thanks.
