Updated patch file

Add definition of ArCmd, ArAddCmd and ArExtCmd to FreeBSD.cf instead of
changing the definition of them in Imake.tmpl.

FreeBSD.cf is used to keep settings specific to FreeBSD. So it seems more
proper place to fix the problem.
