AMD K6 with ALI motherboard. One 6Gb ide disc on primary ide controller and 2 8Gb disc on secondary ide controller.

FreeBSD 3.0-RELEASE, can't detect the second ide controller and any of the discs connected to it.
>How-To-Repeat:
You can change the disposition or distribution of discs between the ide controllers and the second one is never detected by the kernel.
>Fix:
Delete ide_pci.c entry (is the last one) from /sys/i386/conf/files.i386 and recompile the kernel.
