Hmm, I had the same problem with commits to cdrecord, mkisofs and snort.
cvs diff showed the diffs correctly but a cvs ci only committed files/md5
and left out the Makefile.

Very stange. I haven't seen this behavior before. I'm using cvs 1.10.7
(from FreeBSD-current) and local checkouts and remote checkins.

Has anyone else seen this?
