OK, I've applied your patch and posted the modified section at
http://ukug.uk.freebsd.org/~mark/book.html and the SGML source for the
whole FAQ as http://ukug.uk.freebsd.org/~mark/book.sgml.gz

If I get no feedback then I'll commit it in about an hour (so it make
4.1.1). We can always change it again later.
