I really do enjoy * finishing up with an accurate /var/db/pkg and I'm keen to investigate * veis und miens. :-) No. I don't want to sound harsh, but we already have more than enough ports that we can handle, and we deem that as unnecessary complication for a relatively minor case. This is a policy decision made a long time ago, and I don't see any reason to change it now. Satoshi
