From the little I know, libh package system IS OP. ;) If you take a peek around the "tech" sections on OP.org, you'll find references to sysinstall2.txt, and a design text that is almost a clean copy of sysinstall2.txt... :) I think the 2 projects are more closely related that people ordinarly think.
