I noticed the million jumpers on it, perhaps there is a problem with them. I see that the IRQ needs to be set via jumpers in about 4 places. Attached is the jumper descriptions off of the adaptec website. Let me know if you still can't get it going, I'll send you my jumper settings. If you still can't get it to work, well, I have a few of these and would be willing to part with one. You'd probably have to be pretty close to me to make it worth while though. (Minneapolis, Minnesota.)
